The Anoka-Ramsey Community College (ARCC) SoTL Scholars Program is a professional learning initiative that brings together faculty from across disciplines and experience to participate in a Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) faculty learning community. SoTL is a form of systematic study of teaching and learning in which faculty examine questions germane to their own practice and classroom experiences, and outcomes are shared for others to review and build upon.
The ARCC SoTL Scholars Program is a two-year experience that supports faculty as they develop, implement, and present their SoTL inquiry outcomes at a conference or in a journal. The Faculty Learning Community meets monthly and attend a summer workshop and conferences centered on teaching and learning.
